Refund Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
This policy covers refunds of unused prepaid balance, duplicate payments, and billing corrections. Requests are handled by our support team.
1. Unused balance
You may request a refund of unused, purchased balance within 30 days of your payment. The unused amount must be at least USD 5.00 unless the law requires otherwise. Bonus or promotional credit, amounts already used by requests, and amounts involved in disputes or chargebacks are not refundable.
2. Payment fees
If the payment processor does not return its fee, we may deduct that fee from the refund. We will tell you about any deduction before completing the refund, and we never add our own fee on top.
3. Accidental or duplicate payments
If you paid twice by accident, contact support with your account email, the amount, and each PayPal transaction ID. Once we verify the payments, we will either return the duplicate or add it to your balance — whichever you prefer. Each payment can only ever be credited once.
4. Requests that fail
A request that fails on our side before it completes is not charged. If a connection drops mid-response, we may charge for the usage that was already completed; if the charge looks wrong, contact support with the request ID and we will review it. If you retry a request, each attempt is billed separately.
5. Billing corrections
If you think a charge is wrong, report it within 30 days of the entry in your billing history and include the request ID. If we agree the charge is wrong, we will correct your balance. Corrections appear in your history — we never silently edit past records.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute so we can investigate first. A chargeback may cause related credit to be frozen or removed while the dispute is reviewed, and may lead to account suspension. This does not limit any rights the law gives you.
7. Suspended accounts
Suspension does not automatically forfeit your purchased balance. We may hold a refund while we investigate fraud, abuse, or legal claims, and we may deduct verified unpaid charges where the law allows.
8. How to request a refund
Use the support link in your dashboard and include your account email, the PayPal transaction ID, the amount you paid, the amount you are requesting, and the reason. Never send your password, API key, or payment account password. We will verify the request and reply through support.
