Acceptable Use Policy

1. General rule
You may use AssetMeld only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm people, violate rights, evade safeguards, or create unreasonable legal, compliance, security, or infrastructure risk for AssetMeld or its services.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal activity or assistance intended to facilitate illegal activity.
- Credential theft, account takeover, unauthorized access, credential stuffing, or abuse of another person's account, key, payment method, or computer system.
- Attempts to bypass authentication, billing, rate limits, capability gates, safety controls, network restrictions, or other AssetMeld controls.
- Attacks, probing, denial of service, disruptive automation, exploitation, or interference directed at AssetMeld, its customers, or its hosting infrastructure.
- Automated spam, deceptive bulk activity, platform manipulation, or abuse that violates applicable communications rules.
- Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or malicious code operations where prohibited by law or applicable restrictions.
- Redistribution, sharing, sale, or resale of AssetMeld accounts or API credentials without written permission.
- Use that infringes privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other rights, or that causes AssetMeld to violate applicable law, payment rules, sanctions, export controls, or contractual restrictions.
3. Responsible operation
Protect your keys, use reasonable request limits, validate AI outputs before use, obtain necessary rights and consent for submitted data, and stop activity that causes unexpected load or harm. Do not submit sensitive data unless you have assessed the processing and retention implications.
4. Enforcement
AssetMeld may investigate suspected violations and limit, revoke, suspend, or disable affected keys or accounts. Serious or urgent threats may be acted on immediately. AssetMeld may preserve and disclose relevant metadata where reasonably necessary for security, legal process, or enforcement, subject to this policy, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law.
5. Reporting and updates
Report suspected abuse or compromised keys through the support channel linked in the dashboard and revoke affected keys promptly. Material changes to this policy will carry an updated date and appropriate notice.
